Who Will Speak was created in the wake of increasing violence in Chicago.  The goal is to further heighten awareness and encourage people to come forward in their communities to stop the violence.  This will be done through articles, poetry, and other artistic expressions.  Why is this so important?  Because the victims are not simply news stories.  They are human beings whose lives really matter. Someone must speak for them.  Will you?
